Joseph Donnelly- A Poem

Any old angry man

He is not a terrorist
Not an agent of death
He screams at the clerk
The one who refused to see him
a minute after five
A mind is slippery when it rains
                An umbrella
a symbol in the corner of the next bad day,
He tries to win this one time
                Getting wrestled to ground
The dynamite of the situation
                Never going off
Never wanting to go off
                Never wanting to go
A crowd surrounds and assumes
A crazy man getting put away for public good
He wants to call his lawyer
He wants to alert the media
He wants the rain to stop pouring
