Noel Negele- A Poem

Unending Enslavement, Desired, Accepted And Meaningful.

She followed my steps
like a snake dancing to a fluit
both cooped up within the confines
of our interrelationship
and I'd always say I wouldnt stay long
but I'd end up spending the night
with those talks on the bed
three hours deep into midnight
with the silence we used to spread on the room
together
like throwing paint on canvas
and then and still
I spend the night
again and again
as the years run like water.
