Adam Levon Brown- Two Poems

Adam Levon Brown is a poet residing in Eugene, Oregon.
He chases death with a glass of orange juice.

Pish Posh

Whispering echoes
remind me of a
time of joy

Picking through
old toys of
translucent
neurons

The synapses
snap like lightning
inside of an acoustic,
closed off Super Dome

Electrocuting
the flesh of
negativity
within

Pop Goes the Weasel

Death
is a welcoming
friend

It promises
release
from confusion

It is life’s
only guarantee

  1. Like both poems. Death is the ultimate unknown.
Not ready for it yet. But, we are most certainly
    going to die one day.

  2. Brief poems of wit and provocation.
