Tamara Turner- Poem & Photo

As with our Lives

The exact thoroughfare ends abrupt
Expanding into something else
We need not completely halt
Simply must adjust our manner
Course has changed and so must we
Signs of warning disguised within our sight
Now seems to matter naught
Perhaps not seamlessly though continuously
Connected transition made; stride adjusted
New pace of step commands acceptance
Alteration of trek unknown though may expect
Hope of partial shelter for some time

Tamara lives in sunny southern California.
She believes all life's sweetness has a hint of bitter poison.
