Bipolar
Mania
towered my hopes,
masked my insecurities,
exposed my yearnings.
Aspirations
crumbled by reality,
annihilated into elements,
smelted in dirt.
Invisible to you,
I find myself
reunited again in
lost poetry…(previously published in Section 8 Magazine)
