Electric Mind
Electricity flowing through
Intoxicated veins,
I wait, and ponder,
Over life’s simplicities, and the dreams
That burn and burst through
Our constantly wandering souls,
The cracked ground beneath
Our feet, dry and barren,
But in the distance,
A spark
