Jack Mickelson- A Poem

Jack Mickelson is a freshman at Frazee High-School in Minnesota. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding snowmobile and four wheeler.

My Dog

I love my dog,

A couple years ago, she ate a frog.

I started to cry,

I thought she was going to die,

She started to whine,

My dog ate frogs before, but she didn't listen to me,

I thought she was just eating a flea,

She was almost dead,

We called the vet and put hydrogen peroxide in bread,

I didn't think she would,

But she ate it, and didn't look good,

She ran out the door,

and threw up on the floor,

After that she was okay,

She still lives to this day.
