Donal Mahoney- A Poem

Slovak Widow On 59th Street

She’s 84
and when she stands,
everyone can hear the chiropractic crack

of eon bones
and everyone still tries hard
not to look

that half second when
the chamois’s taut
across protractor features.

  1. Great image, Donal.

Stephen - Donal offered me this for Catapult to Mars a while ago but I just couldn't find a photo to go with it to do it justice if you know what I mean!!!
