Snake Poop

You're nothing to me now
Just a bitter memory
A bad taste in my mouth
I loved you once
Never again
All these silly dreams have been shattered
My heart and my trust
Forever broken
We'll never be again
What we were

One bite of betrayal
One taste of pure venom
That was all it took
To destory you and I
Now we can never go back
Even if we wanted to
Cause you've ruined it all

Damn moron
Snake poop
I loved you so
Why did you have to lay it down in the grass
With another
Took away
In an instant
All we had
Past, present and future
Left a wreck behind
In the wake of your lust
I am blinded
Bound to never forget
What I saw or heart
That terrible day
Oh, how could you?

I can't forgive
Not sure
How I'll ever move on
I just know
It hurts
To love and be rejected
To reach out and be slapped away
Sleepless
Breathless
I feel so lifeless
Praying now
Just to make it
One more day
One more night
Without you

  1. I can relate. I went back into the garbage can where
I kept his memories, and realized it was my x-mas gift he didn't like. REALLY!!!
